When can I move in?

Once the project begins, it will take an estimated 18-24 months until homes are ready.

Will there be a Homeowner's Association (HOA)?

Yes. More details to come about the HOA. A fee structure has not yet been identified.

How much will these cost?

Base pricing starts at $499,000. View each unit's page for detailed information.

When will construction start on Alumni Village?

As you drive by the site, you'll see that clearing has already begun. More sites will be cleared in 2020.
11 units need to be reserved before construction of the buildings will begin.

Does my donation fund this project?

No. KSU Foundation's strategic real estate projects are not funded by donated dollars and do not take away from fundraising efforts to support K-State.
